Hi I’m Sally

With a background in Human Resources, working in large and small businesses, I’ve spent a large part of my working career, networking with a wide range of individuals from Managing Directors to retirees.

Along that journey, it has also shown the less positive side of human life, being amongst people who just find life really tough, handling anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed with issues and just not seeing a way out. Too distressing to ignore, there had to be another approach.

So with a genuine interest in people and wanting to learn more about how our mind works, I decided to deepen my knowledge and become a participant on a Mindfulness Based Living Course.

After deepening my knowledge and practicing many mindfulness meditations, it led to being trained to teach Mindfulness via the Mindfulness Association, so that learning can be of benefit to not juts myself but those others too.

The Mindfulness Mind was founded in a response to seeing, hearing and being with people from all walks of life, who relentlessly were struggling with anxiety, stress, of being and feeling overwhelmed with issues and just not seeing a way out, depressed and in some cases heading for a very bad place.

They were not loving life, their self-compassion did not exist, and they were very close to burn out.
Why was this and what was available to help them?

How it works

The Mindfulness Mind teaches or rather guides mindfulness, letting you explore, through guided meditation practices and talks, with a particular emphasis of how you can use mindfulness in everyday living, whether you are a carer, busy mum or dad, carer, working in an office or out in the open or are just retired, but have the stresses of life to deal with or simply want to learn about Mindfulness.

It really does not matter who you are - any gender, religion or your backstory, you are welcome to try a free 2 hour taster session as an introduction to see if learning about Mindfulness with us is for you.

All mindfulness sessions are confidential and are a safe environment.
