What Clients are Saying

8 Week Participant

“Despite usually being a very private person who doesn’t share much outside of my family, I found the group to be a safe and supportive space.

What has surprised me the most is how much the course has sparked new awareness in my caring role. For the first time in a long time, I’ve started taking care of myself. Having dedicated “me time” each week became something I looked forward to, and I’m truly going to miss it now that the eight weeks have flown by.

Sally’s calming voice during the meditations has been a real gift, and her guidance has helped me become more self-aware in a way that simply wouldn’t be possible in just a couple of weeks.

The full eight-week programme is absolutely worth it.

There should be far more provision for carers to access support like this. We give so much in our daily roles, but so often, we are not cared for ourselves.”
