Mindfulness
/ˈmʌɪn(d)f(ʊ)lnəs/
noun

the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.

a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
Mindfulness is not a new concept, with its origins coming from Buddhism. Whilst in Western Society, we have adopted these trusted methods and techniques, to build mindfulness into our daily lives.
As you develop your mindfulness, even from the first session, you will notice the difference – deeper mind and body insight, have a different focus on life – enriching it, helping you sleep better, overcome the handling of problems, anxiety, fear, building a better relationship with yourself and those you come into contact with. You will notice how responsive your mind and body is to Mindfulness within a relatively short time.
All that is expected of yourself, is an open mind, heart and regular practice of mindfulness – no previous experience or knowledge required!

This course with a free 2 hour introductory session, offers at each session, relaxing guided meditation practices, valuable hint and tips and discussion to develop your mindfulness in everyday life. Learning alongside others with no or little experience, in a safe and confidential environment.
Mindfulness Based Living Course
2 day online course
This intense 2-day online course offers you an opportunity to learn about mindfulness with other individuals, who also have no or limited mindfulness experience.
It is suited to those with limited availability, covering similar content as on the 10- week course.

Mindfulness Coaching
