Join our FREE mindfulness online group session https://www.themindfulnessmind.co.uk/free-intro  run by a qualified and experienced Mindfulness teacher, in a safe online setting, to quickly learn through guided practices the positive impacts of mindfulness. Followed by the 8 week course and follow up. That’s 20 hours of dedicated mindfulness training to help you be a calmer better you.
